For Gimre's Shoes web site orders, our standard shipping method within the continental United States is FedEx Home Delivery. We will ship only to street addresses unless you live in an area without local postal service, but shipping to a PO Box will be discretionary on our part. If you are unable to receive Fedex shipments as a street address, we may be able to ship via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post, please contact us to determine shipping and insurance costs, if this is necessary. Orders shipping to APO/FPO will be sent USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post.

SHIPPING NOTE: Upgrading to 2Day or Express Saver DOES NOT mean that you will receive the order in 2 to 3 days from when you placed the order. The order typically will arrive in the specified time AFTER the order leaves our warehouse. It is our intent to promptly fulfill your order, however the time of day the order is placed will affect the shipment date. We make every effort to maintain sufficient stocks of all merchandise to promptly fulfill your order, but occasionally this is not possible. Footwear is a tough item to buy when purchased over the internet. You can't touch and feel the shoe, you can't try it on and compare the feel amongst other items at the same time. We'll always urge you to come into one of our stores if possible, but sometimes that can't be done. We understand the problems of internet purchases and we want to make yours as comfortable as possible. But at the same time, we have to set up some ground rules. Satisfaction Guaranteed at Gimre's Shoes - Gimre's Shoes, Inc., is committed to your complete satisfaction! Once your new shoes or apparel arrive, try them on; check them for proper fit, comfort, style and function. If you are not totally satisfied with the fit and comfort of your new shoes or apparel, we will cheerfully exchange them or provide you with a full refund... If you are not totally satisfied with the style or functionality of your new shoes or apparel, we will cheerfully exchange them or provide you with a full refund.
Requirements - Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
All returns to Gimre's Shoes, Inc., must be sent prepaid. We will not accept any COD shipments. Only shoes and apparel returned within 30 days of the purchase date, in the original box, with a copy of the original Gimre's Shoes, Inc., receipt, will eligible for a full refund. Any shoes or apparel returned after 30 days, if accepted, will incur a 10% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in new condition to be eligible for exchange or refund, unless we determine them to be defective. Worn shoes can be accepted for return only if there is a problem due to a manufacturing defect. Gimre's Shoes adult shoes are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Kids shoes are guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, however Gimre's Shoes, Inc., will pay for shipping out the replacement merchandise at no charge to you. We can only accept returns of, or refund purchases made from Gimre's Shoes, Inc.. We cannot accept returns of, or refund purchases made at other internet sites or other stores.

Provide us with - The specific reason for the return, exchange or refund request. Which shoe or apparel is involved, please identify the model/color. What you would like us to do, exchange or refund. Description of the replacement, size and color if an exchange. an email address, regular mail address, or phone number so that we may contact you if necessary.

Return Authorization - We will issue you a return authorization number. Make sure it is clearly legible on the outside of the shipping package. Shipments without a valid return authorization number will not be accepted.

Ship to us - Ship the package to us, via regular ground freight, UPS or FedEx, or USPS. Do not ship COD, we will not accept any COD shipments. If we determine that a freight reimbursement is necessary, we will reimburse you for standard ground rates. We cannot reimburse for any shipping charges beyond regular ground rates.

Upon receipt of the item, we will determine how best to resolve the situation, and we will contact you. We will respond as soon as possible. Please allow adequate time for freight delivery.
